30th Anniversary of World Wide Web

It’s been 30 years since the birth of World Wide Web. Google has illustrated this milestone using its Google Doodle. Even though the internet had been evolving from 1960’s, the World Wide Web came to existence after the proposal from the British physicist Tim Berners-Lee on 12 March 1989 in Europe’s CERN physics lab. The World Wide Web is built on technologies like HTML language, HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol).

CERN will host 30th Anniversary event on 12th March 2019 morning along with World Wide Web Consortium(W3C) and World Wide Web Foundation.
